1. NO hentai/porn/hate sites
2. Must link back to me in no more than 3-5 days on every page if accepted, I will do the same
3. Must update at least 2 times a month, I'd like an 'alive' site.
4. Keep in touch by email or tagboard, I want to know you!
5. Type 'top dog' in the comments so I know you have read the rules
6. Have 15 affiliates or less. I don't want to be your 20th affiliate/sibling.
7. MUST be anime/manga/graphics related! NO review sites, fanlistings, or mp3 rotations.
8. I like to see your site to have quality rather than quantity. I don't care how little graphics you have, but all I care is they have a good quality.
10. Your site MUST not include more then 2 pop-ups>.I find them so annoying! Forget about the 'top dog'..instead put 'Forever Wandering' in the comments box^^

Rules for Link Exchanges
Well, I don't exactly have any important rules for those who want to link exchange. However Kyzumi Designs will only be looking for decent and quality design sites. However you can not have any inappropriate sites, and must link to me =) You think you've got it all? Go ahead and apply~
